If You Go Down to the Woods Today...

If you go down to the woods today you're in for an 'eggy' surprise!
We arrived at school today to find some very strange happenings had occurred over the weekend!
A 6ft wide nest has appeared! Inside the nest there are 2 very large eggs!

There were some very perculiar things around the nest too!
Huge green and purple feathers!
Green slime and green footprints!
A pile of meaty fleshy bones!!!
The police have cordoned off the nest but we went to have a look.
We have researched what kinds of animals lay eggs and we have written our ideas about what Mystery creature is inside those huge eggs!
We're going to hand our ideas over to help the police with their investigations!

Happy Birthday Greenfields!!!

We had lots of special visitors who have worked at Greenfields School in the past.

We played 'Pass the Parcel' and 'Musical Statues' and danced to 80's music.
James - who was 'Mr T' won the fancy dress competition!
We finished the day by celebrating Evelyn's birthday and eating some lovely cupcakes that Evelyn's Mum had made for us.
What an amazing day!
Thank you everyone for all of your hard work with the costumes, you made it really special!
